We collect the following information when you interact with our website or vendor portal: • Contact form: full name, business name, area/locality, and mobile number. • Vendor portal registration: email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text), business name, and phone number. • Usage data: pages visited, device type, browser, and IP address — collected automatically via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for aggregate traffic analysis. • Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp or email.
We use the information we collect to: • Schedule and coordinate UCO pickup appointments. • Send GST invoices and UPI payment confirmations. • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support. • Ensure FSSAI RUCO compliance documentation. • Improve our website and service quality. • Send service-related communications (no unsolicited marketing).
We process your personal data based on: • Contract performance — to deliver the pickup and payment service you requested. • Legal obligation — to maintain records required under FSSAI RUCO norms and GST regulations. • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our business, detect fraud, and ensure security. • Consent — where explicitly given (e.g., future marketing communications, if any).
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: • Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure) — your vendor portal data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant. • Google (Analytics / Tag Manager) — anonymised usage data for website analytics. • Our drivers and operations team — pickup address and contact details to fulfil the collection. • Regulatory authorities — if required by FSSAI, GST, or law enforcement under applicable Indian law.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations: • Contact form submissions: 2 years. • Vendor portal accounts: for the duration of the relationship and 3 years thereafter. • GST invoices and financial records: 7 years as required by the GST Act. • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised after 26 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).
Our website uses the following cookies: • Essential cookies: required for basic site functionality (session management, security). • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): help us understand how visitors interact with the website. We take the security of your data seriously: • Passwords in the vendor portal are hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms (managed by Supabase Auth). • All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. • Access to personal data is restricted to staff who need it to perform their duties. • We do not store payment card details — all payments are via UPI.
